I am what some people have called a "Renaissance Soul" -- there are many, many subjects that capture my attention, and I want to learn and understand them all. As far as XIHA Life is concerned, I am particularly interested and fascinated by the peoples and cultures of Asia (but not to the exclusion of other people and cultures). I am here to make new friends, learn about them and their countries, and share whatever I can with them! Yes, I realize that I am older than many of the people on XIHA Life, but please, do not hold that against me... I am still a kid at heart!
The trip was tiring. I drove a truck, with all my belongings packed inside, for 1000 miles (1600km), while towing my car on a trailer. Actually, the drive itself wasn't as bad as the packing and unpacking! As far as I am concerned, the act of moving is one of my least favorite things to do! And the place that I moved into isn't large enough to house all my junk, so I still -- to this day -- have boxes that have never been unpacked. But then, those are boxes that I won't have to repack, since I'll be moving to a larger place in New York City within the next month. Wish me luck!
